Struggling with Mweb

I can't log a query, I have received my order however on my app it shows its cancelled and I have not initiated a cancelation I wanted to change account holder yes and then they put me through to cancelation department I have not initiated the cancel but they have probably canceled my package and I am paying for it , please assist and have it reinstated as I have to work and will be using my package for the purpose of my work.
