Struggling to get reconnected horrible horrible processes in place which dont service clients

God help me, we have been struggling to get reconnected they debit tour accounts take our money and take reconnection fees, 3 days later still no connection. We have escalated we have called everyday for past 3 days. I asked to speak to a manager they tell me there is no manager they working from home. Never heard such in my life, who is working there teletubbies???? no managers
