Struggling to cancel subscription with MWeb

We have been a member of Mweb for years. On 31/03/22 at 20:32 i logged a query on their website, requesting to cancel our subscription. This was done due to poor service and pathetic TELKOM line. Up to now there was not a response or acknowledgement on their side. After many attempts to phone them, there has never been an agent available to talk to, even today at12:06. This has to stop.
