Struggle to Get Hold of MWEB

I like MWEB but since June 2025 I struggle to get hold of them. It takes 1hr plus for them to pick up the phone.Morning of the 1st of November 2025 I called them at 08h04 thinking they will picked up my phone since they just started working. I have been caller number 3 for 30 minutes then I dropped came back and I was caller number 2 for +/- 50 minutes I ended up dropping. I went to live chat I have waited to be connected to an agent for +/- 1 hour I ended dropping. Now I have started calling them at 15h00 I am caller number 5 I know it will be up to 16h00 and more. CAN WE do better please. This is annoying. Even Multichoice agents are busy. But you can't hold longer like this even if you are number 20.
