If have never experienced horrific experiences try Mweb. Calls not being answered, Watsapp is another decorating tool. I am still waiting for a device installation after waiting for days on end for an other they cancelled instead of calling regarding a package and poor Vumatel tried to step in to save the day which also did not yield results.
