Stink service and support from Mweb

I am a customer with mweb since 2015,i am experiencing problems with line speed.keep on phoning technical support line and speaking to different consultants who is mot able to asdist.i am pay a huge amount for fast internet speed but for last 3 weeks have not received assistance from Mweb.no one phones me back.this is so terrible and i am so dissapointed with mweb.the consultants drops the line in my ear when they hear frustration in my voice,after holding for more than 10 minutes and i cant even calculate airtime bought for phone calls.pathetic
