Still ZERO response from Mweb!!

My weekly review of MWEB’s NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Block customers for WHAT? Still trying to figure this out! Still not one response! Copying and pasting previous complaints! MWEB have not responded to ANY COMPLAINTS!! THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I am still trying to get to the bottom of why my service provider of over 30 years has blocked me on both Facebook and Twitter! There are only queries in Correspondence and reports of spam! I have repeatedly asked why and get no response! THE ONLY REASON I HAVE NOT CANCELLED OUR SERVICES IS BECAUSE MY BROTHER WONT ALLOW IT!! How can you pride yourself in good customer service or customer support when you repeatedly IGNORE CUSTOMERS??
