Still waiting on my refund

I would rate Mweb -*** out if I could. I spoke to Darryl Brink and at first he was SO helpful and decent, until I cancelled. Still waiting on my refund, and only got the cancellation reference a week after Darryl promised he would cancel it. PLEASE DO NOT GET WIFI WITH MWEB.
