Still waiting for my sim

I ordered a Lte sim from mweb on the 27th of March and asked them to deliver on the 9th of April, they didn't deliver and they canceled the order, they opened a new order the next day. I received a phone call from digital planet confirming my delivery adres in Western Cape and I also received a sms confirming that RAM will deliver between 8 and 5. I didn't receive the delivery and phoned them just to find out that they couldn't deliver to my adres in Pretoria. I have no idea where they got that adres from. Mweb blames Digital planet and they blame RAM. Yesterday I phoned RAM and they confirmed that I will receive my order today, I phoned RAM again today only to hear that my package is still in their warehouse and they can't say when it will be delivered.
