Still waiting for my Mweb fibre installation

<p>In March I was approached with a fibre deal through Mweb. We agreed to take it up, filled in the forms and sent them off on 14 March. Now, 2 and a half months later we are still waiting ( they advise 15 to 45 working days ). We had an inital visit by telkom who advised that some other team from telkom had to do something at the telephone pole. This team did come and complete the work at the pole. And a month later we are still waiting..... When I phone Mweb, they simply say the application is in process and they will escalate it..... This is now beyond a joke and really poor service....Very disappointing.</p>
