STILL waiting for MWEB router

I ordered a router from MWEB on 7 Sep. It has been 11 days and still no router. The fiber was successfully instaled by Evotel on the 7th, but without a router it is useless. Thanks Evotel for the excellent service! VERY disappointed in MWEB! Terrible service!
