Still waiting for messages to phone

I placed an order and was told that a OTP will be sent to my cell phone. NO message received. Then I try log onto the site only to find out I have to get my cell linked to the site - again message and phone call with NO human interaction. Phone and get informed message to be sent to cell phone. Still waiting. My TP unit is connected BUT NO router delivered and billing starts from this day - without connectivity ??
