STILL WAITING

minus 1 rating!! Why is it SO difficult getting back to someone when you say you are going to? A VOIP package was accidentally loaded onto my account instead of my fathers account, Sandy promised high and low to get to get back to me "very soon" as she was keeping an eye it. I can see on my account that it was cancelled the very next day... but here I am ho-hum STILL waiting for Sandy to call! So I decided to call today to speak to Sandy, and I'm passed from pillar to post, cut off twice.... UGH I FRIKKEN HATE THIS!!!!! Customer service is SOOOOOOO bad in this country!!! It's actually almost non-existent!
