Still waiting

On January 22nd 2016 i decided to upgrade my ADSL to VDSL. <br> I requested an upgrade from 10mbps to 40mbps as it was available in my area. i waited a couple of days for feedback but did not receive much except the order is being processed. On day 7 or 8 i actually <br> phoned Telkom to find out what is going on and i was told that my line was upgraded. Very excited i phoned mweb to find out why this has not reflected on their side just to find out that there was an error on my order. Telkom said that i can not receive 40mbps because im too far from the exchange. <br> <br> I into the router, checked my line attenuation to determine my distance from the exchange to work out if i could reciev 20mbps. im close enough for this. So on the 29th of January i requested the previous order canceled and the 20mbps order be submitted. I phoned in a few time but got the same as previously,t the order is still being processed. <br> Today is day 10(18 in total), i phoned in again. Guess what.. Now im told they have to find out if i can be moved to a different exchange that is closer for the speed. The worst of all is 1 street over they have fiber and i cant get 20mbps<br> <br> Can this just be sorted out please...
