Still no wifi after 3 weeks!
After 2 weeks, I still do not have wifi at my house. Last week I logged an HP complaint, it was responded to after 3 days. 3 days....Sigh. Can someone please assist me. The technician could not get through to the call centre. Like the rest of us. No one is available on chat. Not on whatsapp either..... This is seriously the worst service I've ever received.
