Still no Internet, cant fix the problem!

I'm with Mweb for years, recently switched over to Fiber, was a huge mistake. Paying so much money for Internet that but we often down. Reported the fault to Mweb, Mweb blame Vumatel. Vumatel came to my house, blaming Mweb, at the end we still sitting with no internet connection. No one can fix this problem. I'm at this point to cancel with Mweb. I just feel the customer service is not helpful. Also Mweb can't compensate me. . Mweb was the best a couple of years ago but lately I don't rate their service at all.
