Still no installation

Horrific service, I requested a simple migration from the 8/06/2021 today it’s the 25th, MWEB is still not deciding to get me connected, I have been requested to send proof of address and photos of ONT, for a line that’s not even installed, I have been sending emails to different departments, including complaints but still no service. When you receive feedback it’s only after 3 days when you have sent an email to request feedback.

Pathetic Service at its best !!
