Still no feedback or connection but paying

Another update on my comments of so called MWEB. Stay away!!!!!!! Don't even try to join them. I have been a client of there's since 2017. Happy to take my money every month and by the way adding additional fees to my account. I have been having a problem with my connection and account since November 2024 and yet no contact no explanation why there is additional fees on my account. Still no access to internet but getting billed. Now I have a early cancelation fee even though I have been with them since 2017? HOW? They are *****ing money and dont care about the client as long as they get there money. Going to go for legal counsel due to this as they are even blocking me from getting another connection with another provider. Payment just jumped from R600p.m to over R2000.00p.m? How. Make a plan mweb and will keep everyone updated to date with what my legal counsel says!!!! Just stay away please!!!!!!
