***** your money with no service and no product

On18 November 2022 I used the app to cancel my current service and request a moving product. Mweb failed to deliver or even tried to assist before 15 Janaury 2023.....whereafter i cancelled the order as not fulfillment on mweb side. I had to use other ways and means as mweb cild not deliver. Now they have charged me R1300 for service and no product...that is absoluut ridicilous!!!!!! I will not leave this here...i will name and shame as the ***** peoples hard eraned money
