Stay far away from Mweb

Every month there is a problem with mweb.

I cancelled on the 3rd of Dec. And they said by the end of Dec it will be cancelled. This morning they debited my account with a R615(not sure what this is) and R529(fiber I cancelled). When I call it's a mission coz I'm transferred from Cape town to Malawi. Live chat is not working. Waiting for a response since 8 o'clock (Persons name is Rafiekah)

And still I don't have answers
