Stay far away

Don't use them,they became extremely disappointing and useless. We have been with them for a long time a very long time and went through the ups and downs and now when you call them they put down,when they do answer after many many minutes it seems like they don't know why they are there because all they say is plug it out and back in and if that doesn't work we will send a technician. WE ARE 6 DAYS WITHOUT FIBRE WHERE THE **** IS YOUR TECHNICIAN!!!!!!!we are working from home but had to make other plans to do our jobs and like we told your agents everything is on and all lights are green with no alarm so where is your so called technician that you said will come out??????? If we do follow ups on live chat what you tell us we must do we get to WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT and that is where it stays,when we call the calls get dropped or just no answer till our airtime runs out. You guys suck and I will for every person I meet and speak about Fibre tell them about you and your terrible service on live chat and call center. Till today our problem haven't been solved and not even a small update to say our technician is still on lunch or what the hell he or she is ever doing. But keep this up and you too will close down like every other big headed company in good time.
