Stay clear of Mweb

I am totally disgusted with you MWEB. I have a app**** for fibre. Fibre line from contractor was installed within 2 days. Router was sent to my house and SOME fairy signed for it somewhere else although Dawn wing says I signed for it. I have called Dawn Wing as well as Mweb re this and they said it needs to be investigated. It has been 2 weeks since and I still don't have ANY fibre or wifi at home. PLEASE can someone show me the signature of whom has signed cause it is no one of my family. I would like to cancel this service before it has even started and I WILL make it known in my area on our group page to stay clear from any MWEB services. THIS is not how business is done. I have called numerous times with no luc****!! account ***0 - Dawn Wing Tracking CDM***9. Take your service and stick it where the sun does not shine. ******
