Stay away. Pathetic Service

You are on hold for 15mins+ before you are able to speak to someone. It is pathetic. Their staff told us to wait until an Openserve rep comes to our house for installation even though we told them we have an ONT!!!! The Openserve rep called us and activated a week later. If the Mweb person just assisted us and listened, we would've saved a week of being offline.

Their entire sales and accounts/billing system is a joke.
