I cancelled my line on Monday, it was only cancelled yesterday. On Monday I was told the refund of the money you took incorrectly as I was new customer signed up for a 12 month promotion or so I thought I was not to pay for anything, but like every single other thing your sales rep **** and signed me up for month to month. I got nailed on everything you could. I got told yesterday the refund will take 5 days as the cancellation was only done yesterday. Now you have held my money in your account for two weeks drawing intrest and making money from my money. Your company is ******** and a bunch of lairs. You have no clue about customer service and how to actually speak the truth.
