Stay away from MWEB. Worst customer service ever!!!

If I could rate mweb a solid -10 (negative 10)I would. Worst customer support service I've ever received. I've been trying to get through to speak to an agent since 28 March. To date, 3 April 2024, I've not been able to speak to an agent. I call everyday and just on hold for 30-40 minutes. How pathetic. I logged a query. I've received no feedback to date. Is that what you call customer support? Pathetic. I received an email about price increase but this is the service I receive. No thank you. Please cancel my line immediately. I do not wish to use your pathetic service.
