Stay away from Mweb they SUC****
Hi I requested to cancel my Mweb uncapped data package on 15 May but the termination date is set to 01/07/2018. So they basically try going to debit my account for a full month that I am not using the service, disgusting business practices typical of South African corporates, I will block this debit order, ***** you Mweb

As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant, this matter has now been addressed.
He explained that we require one calendar months notice for cancellation and that is why it is scheduled to cancel 1 July.
