Stay away from Mweb service provider

Been with them for 20 years but of late they more than useless. 1:-There website keep changing your password , they claim not but every day when I go in , can't get into my account. 2:-I get hundreds of junk mail into my in box and all my legitimate email land up in the junk mail. I complain and all I get is yes they logged a call with the back office. nothing changes 3:- when you call then they answer and tell you to hold while they check some thing and then they put you back in the queue you wait for over an hour wasting your money on calls. 4:- their answering service does not work properly, you put in your account number but it keeps telling that it can not recognise your account. 5:- I think they lost the plot or have employed some real cheap labor who has no idea what they doing other than messing up.
