Stay away from Mweb - Poor services all around

Poor service all around. My fibre infrastructure was installed on Monday 05/12/2022 and the router was delivered on the same day. They billed me a pro rata fee for the month but to date, I have had no internet and am still not connected (paying for a service I am not receiving). I have logged the maximum number of queries allowed on their app / website and no feedback. I have reached out on social media and no response to date. They don't have a help email or live chat option, so calling is the only way to get hold of them. Called a numerous occasions, just get put on hold for hours and not getting through and then kicks you out. Warning don't sign up with MWEB!
