Stay away from Mweb internet provider for fiber

Waiting for router. 2 weeks late. Tried to phone the call centre and they just pass you on to the next division. 1hour later still nothing resolved. Playing already for a service not provided. On the app you can only log 2 complaints that does nothing about it.
