Stay away from Mweb

If I could give zero would, took a once off monthly deal with free router and ups, ups was not delivered. I then had to fight for weeks to get ups. Now after a year I want to cancel the LTE contract that was stated required a months notice to stop month by month deal. Now I was told that I have to pay cancelation fee due to ups that was supposed to be free!!! Have sent print screens of deal I took clearly stating that if you pay R595 you get free ups and router once off! The reply was that if I don't pay fee it will not be cancelled. Now I have cancelled my R1000 fibre as well!!
