Stay away from MWEB!!

Do not take up fibre with MWEB! I have been waiting for a fibre activation for 5 days . Waited more than a month to cancel and move my fibre line since Nov 2020. They do not answer tweets ,on time and calling is equally useless! they are not providing an explanation of why the activation is taking long as it should be up n running in 48 hours. MWEB has 0 regard for their customers especially now that we are working and schooling from home!
