Stay away from MWEB and their useless agents

If I could give Mweb a 0 rating I would for the service I have received from them. I have yet to receive any of their fibre/LTE products which you have to pay for after application and I have gone back and forth with their agents for a month!!! Each time they have different things they say they need to get the order delivered or processed and even when given, they clearly don't log anything because their agents will only look for the information when you give them timestamps on your responses. Their service is disgusting and I would not bother using them if the area allows. You're better off going directly to the telecoms providers instead of using them.
