Stay away from Mweb and Telkom

For more than a month now we have been having problems with our Telkom internet through mweb. Several messages and phone calls and this matter is still not resolved. When we wanted to cancel our subscription (which was a monthly subscription) we were told to pay a penalty for early cancelation of the contract. This is totally ridiculous. Mweb you can come and collect your router and sim card as it is absolutely useless to us. Yet we still have to pay more than a R 1000 a month and for what.
