Stay AWAY from MWEB; a Review from an old cutomer

I wish Hello Peter allowed a zero star rating.

Since I became a Mweb customer, I had hope, however they failed miserably.

I have contacted them more than two days ago regarding a problem with my Internet connection not working. Now, as a network engineer, I gave them the detain of my findings about what the problem was. I even escalated it to tier 2, and tier 1 said that tier 2 would call me, which they did, however as they service the whole area they knew I had load shedding at the time which caused me having bad reception, thus calls weren't possible. As I knew what the problem was, I still powered up all my routers, which was required for them to fix the issue remotely, seeing the problem resided on their side. Despite the load shedding and the single missed call, they didn't even attempt to resolve the problem, nor call me back at a later stage. This is not the first ticket I have with them.

PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER SERVICE; Mweb as an ISP is making a massive mistake by thinking they can ever be a leading industry in this career.
