Stay away from MWeb.

Trying to contact MWeb because I have a faulty router. There is just no way of contacting anybody there. Tried calling but the was on hold for 13minutes and then the connection just dropped. All I want is just a replacement device. There is also no response via email, no contact whatsoever. I am laying a complaint at the National Consumer Commission. MWeb is the worst service provider I have ever seen. I would rather use another service provider in future.
