STAW AWAY!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER MWEB AS AN OPTION. BEFORE YOU SIGM A CONTRACT CALL SUPPORT AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET ASSISTANCE. ONLY THE SALES DEPT ANSWERS THE PHONE. I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT VIA EMAIL, SUPPORT ON APP, EMAIL, MESSANGER ON 10 March. Someone called me on 23 April to say they cutting the contract/connection at end of April. I ask them to end it at the end on May, allowing me time to find another service provider, they agree. Then on 18 May my Internet is cut. No answer on any platform. They operate like the governement or municipality, where no one answers the phone or provide assistance. STAY AWAY FROM MWEB.
