Stay away from MWEB!

Stay away from MWEB. They use to be one of the best ISP's in this country, but sadly they are not anymore. Don't even try to get hold of their billing or technical support, no-one answers. They only answer when it is New Sales, and then they transfer you yet again to the same number where no-one is answering. You cannot use their web portal as you cannot get full access to your own billing details (because they cannot send you an OTP??) All I want to do is cancel all products with them, but I cannot get through and there is no email address to use.
