Stay away from Mweb

The level of unprofessionalism is real at mweb. They will cause a problem but never call you to sort it out. They expect you to waste hundreds of Rands on airtime to follow up with them. How do mweb stay in business, when their customer service is non-existent??

Do you guys only have computer generated responses to queries or is there a real person who can call me back to sort out the issue caused by yourselves.
