Look, when you need assistance with any issues. Be prepared to wait up to 2 and a half hours for any assistance. Writing them via email does nothing for your matter. They have the most *********** people on their staff. Can't wait for starlink (do not have any other options available in our area) yes, starlink is more expensive. But, I'm sure ill have better service with them.
