STAY AWAY FROM MWEB!!!

I tried taking out and LTE package on my Company Mweb account and the sales lady said this is impossible because she cannot rica a sim to a company. I phoned a hour later and spoke to Lorenzo and he immediately helped me and said first consultant didn't know what she was speaking about. The sim was eventually delivered but still no signal on the sim. Its been active since the 30th but no signal. All I get from call center is a big **** YOU because Rain is down. How pathetic. When I open my browser all I see is adds for this service and its making me sick that you would sell a product that does not work. I am going to get fired by my CEO because of this damn sim that does not work. I don't know what else to do!!!!!
