Stay away from MWEB!!!

Is there any aspect of their business Mweb can get right. From the outset they offered no service, they failed to install the internet. calling me 3 months after i already took up another service provider ( who completed in a week BTW). they further stated they would come and collect their router which they never did. I've been receiving threatening messages stating my account will be listed and now I've been debited. the IVR doesn't work as it continually loops and then you in a queue at number 30 waiting to speak to someone
