STAY AWAY FROM MWEB
Why does a company like this still exist. No service, don't answer phones. Don't respond to the online assistant. No help whatsoever. The internet speed and the service are exactly the same, non ****ing existent

- Disconnect all devices, leaving only one connected, to see if the speeds improve (this will help determine whether devices on your network are slowing down the connection).
- Try moving the router to different spots in your premises.
If there’s no improvement, your next step would be to adjust the network settings on your router:How to adjust the network settings:
- Connect a device to the router via Wi-Fi.
- Open your internet browser.
- Enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
- The password is admin.
- Select the option at the bottom that says “PC.”
- The page displayed will look slightly different than before.
- Switch LTE from ON to OFF.
- Click Settings under the heading LTE.
- Click Network Selection.
- Select the drop-down menu and change from Automatic to 4G.
- Click Apply.
- Go back to the first page and switch LTE from OFF to ON.
