This company is an absolute nightmare. I’ve had every issue imaginable, and I don’t even have the energy to list them all. But God help you if you move house—you’ll be without WiFi for at least three weeks, yet they’ll still happily charge you. Oh, and they’ll randomly cancel your account without your permission, then have the audacity to slap you with an early termination fee. I literally broke down in tears on the phone after waiting 80 minutes on hold, only for the call to cut off—because of course it did.

If there were an award for the most ***********, infuriating, garbage-tier customer service on the planet, MWEB would win it effortlessly.
