Staff shouting at you and paying for no service

Mweb don't know what client service is at all. Today is day 21that out sim card is locked and they still didn't sort it out but we paid them. Now today when we phoned the trchnician guy shouted at us and said he is so sick of us phoning everyday and that they will not help us anymore they are just done with us. So now I'm just wondering since when is that okay to treat a client like that and to tell them you will pay and we will not give you any service.
