Spelling Error in MX records?!
After calling MWEB more than a month ago because I was unable to receive e-mails, the consultant told me that the MX records on my mails where incorrect.

I tried contacting the support center, which only answering the call after 10 minutes. Then, when the first consultant answered the phone, he was unable to hear me, but made no attempt at saying hello -- I could hear other consultants in the background.

All I want is to change my MX records, but MWEB's hosting packages does not allow for any changes to be made to these records, include NAME and Zone Files.

After much frustration I ran a NSLookup to see what server the record is pointing to. Turns out that there was a spelling mistake in the record. [URL Removed] where it should be [URL Removed]

There is no one at MWEB that is willing to help with the issue. And here I am sitting on hold for the last 20 minutes to speak to someone in their hosting department.

MWEB has the worst hosting imaginable, combined with restricted access to the domain records YOU are PAYING for.

After speaking to a consultant, he stated that MWEB cannot change my MX records because it is bundled?!
