speedy, attentive and helpful support staff

Unfortunately can't give them 10 stars. MWEB support staff, both billing and technical have been speedy, attentive and helpful.

I'm in the process of moving residences, submitted my notice to carry over fibre connection to new residence, in a weeks time my line was confirmed as active. Received a "notice of early termination cost of R1K +" the agent on the other side of the line was like "relax, I get you are moving not cancelling, I'll handle it" and within 20mins of the phone call, I received an SMS confirming the reversal of the termination costs. Ugh - SABATHANDI!!!!!!
