Spare yourself a lot of frustration and stay away from Mweb.

Horrible service, please spare yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The service is absolutely terrible. I app**** for one of the black Friday specials, and all I get are smses saying the router order was placed, then there is an issue because the service provider had to add my details??? What does that mean. In the sms it actually says - No need to contact Mweb.

When I try and contact them, after a long struggle, they just put me on hold for periods on end. I want to cancel my order. It is now almost a month and not one phone call regarding the installation from anyone.

I definitely don't want service from them when it starts out like this.
