Spam & Bad Response
Disastrous Their spam system has failed and I have received countless spurious mails. Phoning them was a disaster 68 minutes to get a trashy reply. They have not responded to my email which I sent a week ago. Spam messages continue unabated

17 Mar 2026, 11:56Spam traffic has been heavy for about 9 days. If you really cared, you would have emailed clients to inform us and you'd have a notice on your website page about it.
Why did I have to hold on for minutes to get a dud response from your call centre? Refund me that cost!
