Hi Kiashen,
We understand how frustrating it is to be without an internet connection for such an extended period, especially when you rely on it daily. This situation is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and it’s clear how disruptive this has been. A request has been sent to the team handling move of premises to urgently follow up on your case and ensure that progress is made. They have also been asked to provide you with direct email feedback so that you receive clear updates and are not left without communication..
Should you require further help, feel free to connect with us via direct message on Hello Peter, and the team will step in to assist.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team

Best regards,

KN

As stated, Clear Access has confirmed that the line is active. So who you're awaiting feedback from is a mystery. Clear Access has confirmed that Mweb failed to respond to them for 3 days!! They then reached out to me to personally obtain the information they requested from Mweb. Once received, they swiftly activated the line. Thats how you remedy a situation. Not wait, without an ounce of diligence. You're not fooling me. This response is not to remedy anything. Its to act as if something is being done when you know that to be untrue. This is the last encounter i will ever have with Mweb

Hi Kiashen, we can understand your frustration, especially given the delay in communication between providers and the impact this has had on your activation. When there is misalignment between parties involved in provisioning, it can understandably feel like nothing is moving from your side, even when updates are being requested internally. We can confirm that a follow-up has been sent to our team, and we are currently awaiting final confirmation regarding the line status from Clear Access so that our records can be fully aligned and closed correctly. We do acknowledge your feedback about the turnaround time and the communication gaps experienced during this process. Your comments have been noted as part of the case history so the full sequence of events is properly recorded.Once final confirmation is received, the account will be updated accordingly.Kind regards,
 The Mweb Team

Best regards,

KN

Like i said, Clear Access has been fully transparent. I spoke to them this morning again. Calls were answered, assurance was given that everything was done on their part. They went as far as including me in their follow up email to your moving team. Your service will never improve due to your lack of transparency. This was a chance for redemption, but you continued lying. The only reason I'm responding is to call BS and the only reason I'm still playing this game with you is because I've already been debited for this service. Trust me when i tell you that Mweb will never play with me like this again

Hi Kiashen,  We can understand why you feel this way. From your perspective, you've been actively following up, receiving direct feedback from Clear Access, and still not seeing the level of communication or progress you expected from us. That understandably damages trust in the process. We can confirm that we have requested our team to follow up on the matter and obtain the necessary feedback regarding the move order and service status. We understand that you're looking for clear, factual updates rather than assurances, and the team is working to establish the current status so that accurate information can be provided. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding communication and transparency throughout this process. Your feedback reflects the impact these delays have had on your experience, and it has been noted accordingly. Kind regards,
 The Mweb Team
