been struggling to get my actual internet speed of 250mb but Mweb told Metro fibre to activate a 25mb line

now I have been calling everyday between last week thursday and today thursday to get this resolved with no real help from anyone of the team.

I have been on the line for 10 min and my number in the queue went from 32 to 55 HOW THE ACTAUL FLOCK does that happen
